Management Trainee | Carrier Enterprise
The Tone:
This is a full-time or part-time Management Trainee position as part of Carrier Enterprise’s New Graduate Rotational Program, designed for the 2026/2027 intake. What You’ll Actually Do
• Orientation & Culture: Engage in a thorough orientation to fully understand Carrier Enterprise’s foundational mission, vision, values, and people-first culture.
• Product & Sales Mastery: Spend approximately 12 months developing and mastering essential product and sales knowledge, effective sales techniques, and strategic marketing approaches relevant to the HVAC/R industry.
• Branch Operations Immersion: Acquire practical, hands-on experience and a deep understanding of wholesale and branch sales functions within the distribution network.
• Distribution & Logistics Expertise: Gain comprehensive insight and functional knowledge of distribution and warehouse operations, crucial for efficient supply chain management and customer service.
• Customer Service Excellence: Focus on the principles and practices of creating and consistently delivering a superior customer experience, aligning with the company’s pursuit of service excellence.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This entry-level position is part of the New Graduate Rotational Program and requires candidates to have graduated within two years of obtaining a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution, with a major emphasis in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, or a directly related field of study.
• Experience: No specific prior professional work experience is explicitly mandated; the program is designed for entry-level qualified candidates eager to learn and grow.
• Skills: The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrate creative thinking, self-motivation, tenacity, ambition, and enthusiasm; exhibit the ability to work effectively in constantly changing environments and navigate through complexity; be willing to travel extensively during the training period; and be able to relocate upon successful completion of the program to support operational needs.
• Bonus: A strong interest in and desire to learn about key areas such as customer service, distribution operations, supply chain operations, store operations, or commercial engineering is considered a significant advantage. Prior internship experience within any of these specified areas is also highly valued.
