What You’ll Actually Do
• Immersion: Rotate through various departments to gain an in-depth understanding of the business from a leadership perspective.
• Sales: Engage in outside sales activities to promote company products and services while cultivating strong customer relationships.
• Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and efficiently resolving issues.
• Analysis: Assist in making informed business decisions by analyzing relevant sales data.
• Collaboration: Partner with key leaders on diverse projects focused on sales management and operational efficiency.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position requiring a Bachelor’s degree, or expected to obtain one, within six months.
• Experience: Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. This includes having an active driver’s license, being at least 21 years of age, obtaining a DOT medical certification, and providing documentation regarding previous employment.
• Skills: Developing leadership abilities, customer relationship management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking for business decision-making.
• Bonus: Prior co-op or internship experience in customer service, sales, production, or administrative roles; an academic major in business or a related field; holding a leadership or management position on campus or in related extracurricular activities; willingness to relocate regionally during or after the program.
