The Tone:
This is a 24-month leadership development program at MilliporeSigma, a US business of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, located in Burlington, MA. This program is designed for recent MBA/Masters/PhD Graduates to build core competencies and immerse in business functions. The Associate, GOglobal Graduate Program is critical for identifying and developing future leaders who will drive progress within the organization’s global businesses.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop leadership: Participate in a 24-month leadership development program (LDP) for recent MBA/Masters/PhD Graduates.
• Engage in projects: Participate in a mix of strategic management consulting projects with consultants and senior business leaders across global businesses.
• Execute rotations: Immerse in the businesses through 3-4 functional rotations of your choice, such as marketing, operations, or business development.
• Gain international exposure: Undertake one of the functional rotations internationally to broaden global business understanding.
• Improve expertise: Participate in targeted professional trainings to continuously improve technical expertise, business acumen, and soft skills.
• Transition to leadership: Following successful completion, transition to a business sector and function to continue development as a future leader within the organization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s Degree or Ph. D. in Business (Business Administration, Finance, etc.), Life Science (Biology, Chemistry, etc.), or Engineering (Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.) with a graduation date of 2024 through Summer 2027. This is an early-career role for recent graduates.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in business or industry through coursework, professional experience, extracurriculars, or internships. Practical experience applying Data & AI to solve business challenges.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, excitement for complex and ambiguous work, and curiosity for diverse business sectors and a broad range of topics. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, including intermediate proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Bonus: Proactive and self-motivated mindset, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and bilingual capabilities.
