The Tone:
This is a full-time, early career position at Equifax, located in a hybrid model out of the One Atlantic Center office in midtown Atlanta. Equifax’s USIS (United States Information Solutions) business unit operates an elite team of B2B sales professionals, and this role directly supports their growth strategy. The Sales Rotational Development Associate program is designed to identify and cultivate the next generation of sales leaders, providing the foundational knowledge and practical experience necessary to accelerate careers and become a top sales performer within the organization.

• Mission: To develop the next generation of sales leaders by offering comprehensive training, mentorship, varied rotational assignments, and exposure to the full sales lifecycle, preparing associates for diverse sales roles within the USIS business unit.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Engage in a structured two-year Sales Rotational Development Program designed to foster sales leadership and career acceleration.
• Train: Receive formalized training from industry and company experts to learn the various facets of sales, specific business solutions, and strategies for solving customer business problems.
• Rotate: Complete 3-4 challenging and varied work assignments, each lasting approximately 6-8 months, to gain comprehensive exposure to all aspects of the sales life cycle.
• Practice: Develop and apply critical skills by prospecting for new business opportunities, expanding existing relationships and meeting sales goals, providing customer advocacy and value-driven insights, and utilizing consultative selling and negotiation skills in partner sales.
• Advance: Position yourself for placement into one of many sales roles within the USIS business unit upon successful completion of the program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, expected to graduate in Spring 2027, with a strong academic focus or demonstrated interest in Sales.
• Experience: Full-time availability required for a direct start date of June 7, 2027.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to maintain consistent workflow; exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities; solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities to manage multiple priorities; demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and client-first service skills as a high-energy self-starter.
• Bonus: Prior experience in marketing, sales, business development, lead generation, and/or lead management.
