What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Analysis: Support financial statement preparation and analysis for clients.
• Process Transformation: Transform existing accounting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Standard Implementation: Assist with the implementation of new accounting standards for client organizations.
• Fieldwork and Reporting: Conduct fieldwork, prepare workpapers to support conclusions, and develop clear, professional reports for client management.
• Client Advisory: Advise clients on enhancing internal controls, interpreting new accounting standards, and assessing financial and operational risk.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level position for college junior students graduating within the next year, pursuing degrees in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field, and on track to meet CPA eligibility (150 credit hours) by graduation.
• Experience: Relevant work experience obtained through internships, part-time jobs, or campus involvement is required.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, comfort with data analysis tools, critical thinking abilities, effective communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
