What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Engage in three 18-month development rotations across Honeywell’s diverse Finance organization.
• Work: Contribute to important projects and initiatives within real business situations.
• Gain Exposure: Experience multiple business lines and related responsibilities across the company.
• Receive Development: Benefit from formal training opportunities, coaching, mentoring, and networking for professional growth.
• Improve Acumen: Build overall comprehension of Honeywell Aerospace and enhance financial and business knowledge through structured rotations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or a Master of Accountancy/Finance (not MBA) at an accredited college or university, and must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
• Experience: Graduation date from an accredited college or university between December 2026 and May 2027, availability to begin full-time work between January 2027 and July 2027, and participation in an internship prior to completing the current degree program.
• Skills: Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau; effective written and verbal communication abilities; strong organization and time management skills; ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a stimulating environment.
• Bonus: Leadership roles in campus and/or volunteer activities, data analytic certificate or classes, and experience with business data/analytics.
