What You’ll Actually Do
• Integrate: Become an integral part of the Chief Risk Office team, gaining practical experience across different functions through rotations and contributing to daily business and special projects.
• Analyze: Prepare comprehensive analyses to support critical risk management decisions, observing market developments, and identifying risks and their drivers.
• Calculate: Support the calculation of potential risk exposure and assist in setting appropriate risk appetites across the bank.
• Formulate: Develop and propose solutions to mitigate the diverse financial and non-financial risks that the bank encounters.
• Communicate: Ensure effective communication of risk insights, analyses, and proposed solutions to senior management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Complete all studies (final exams, coursework, and graduation requirements) between January 1, 2026, and July 31, 2027, with a degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Possess no more than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience and be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, proven capacity to leverage AI tools for productivity and workflow optimization, critical judgment for responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs, and good levels of numeracy for specific roles.
