• Mission: Cultivate leaders for the Finance organization by providing in-depth exposure to key financial operations that drive success in the insurance industry.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotational Assignments: Participate in assignments across various finance functions such as FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Finance Strategy and Systems.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyses.
• Strategic Support: Conduct financial modeling, data analysis, and research to support business decision-making.
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects focused on process improvement, cost optimization, and strategic initiatives.
• Program Development: Study for and pass an exam or designation related to your job function during the program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Completed undergraduate degree required before the program begins in June 2027; Entry-Level career professional.
• Experience: Recent graduate with little to no industry experience; relevant internship or work experience during college years is preferred.
• Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; analytical thinking and problem-solving; intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite; ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively; proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Bonus: Risk Management/Insurance and Business majors preferred; a self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated leadership potential.
