What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Participate in a structured leadership program that provides comprehensive training on insurance fundamentals, GEICO’s business operations, and team management.
• Mentorship & Guidance: Work closely with dedicated mentors and experienced leaders who will guide professional growth and development throughout the program.
• Team Management: Gain hands-on experience managing teams, driving results, and solving real-world business challenges within GEICO’s operations and culture.
• Leadership Development: Develop the ability to motivate and inspire a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability among team members.
• Strategic Analysis: Learn to analyze key business metrics and implement data-driven strategies that directly support organizational goals.
The Must-Haves
• Background: College graduate with a Bachelor’s degree, seeking to grow into a leadership role within the insurance industry.
• Experience: At least 6 months of leadership experience in roles such as leading academic projects, participating in volunteer or philanthropic initiatives, serving in athletics or extracurricular activities, managing capstone projects or research, or acting as a shift supervisor.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; adaptability and a proactive approach to problem solving; a passion for motivating and inspiring others to achieve shared goals; and an eagerness to learn.
