What You’ll Actually Do
• SEC Reporting: Assist with quarterly and annual SEC reporting processes.
• Workpaper Preparation: Prepare and maintain reporting workpapers and supporting schedules.
• Financial Statement Support: Support financial statement preparation and disclosure reporting.
• Account Analysis: Perform account analyses and reconciliations.
• Data Validation: Compile and validate information used in external reporting requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: 1-2 years of public accounting experience is required.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; understanding of SEC reporting or financial reporting principles.
• Bonus: Big Four public accounting experience is preferred, along with public company audit experience.
