What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Management: Work closely with clients to manage their day-to-day accounting and financial needs.
• Bookkeeping: Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, including managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for clients.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records for assigned client accounts.
• Payroll Processing: Perform payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in hours worked, tax withholdings, and deductions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A foundational understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel, coupled with a proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
• Skills: Strong organizational capabilities, acute attention to detail, and effective communication in English (both written and verbal).
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and previous experience in client accounting services or bookkeeping.
