• Team: Reports to experienced managers within the Rental organization’s Service category.
• Mission: To develop leadership capabilities and acquire practical business operations experience across various departments to prepare for career advancement.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Department Rotation: Immerse in various business departments, including Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management, from a leadership perspective to gain in-depth knowledge.
• Sales Engagement: Promote products and services through outside sales activities while cultivating strong customer relationships.
• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure exceptional service.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and contribute to making informed business decisions.
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate with key leaders on projects focused on sales management and operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional with a Bachelor’s degree obtained or to be obtained within six months.
• Experience: Compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle, including possessing an active driver’s license, being at least 21 years of age, and obtaining a DOT medical certification.
• Skills: Customer service, relationship building, sales analysis, and operational efficiency support.
• Bonus: Prior co-op or internship experience in customer service, sales, production, or administrative roles; an academic major related to business; experience in campus leadership or extracurricular management roles; willingness to relocate regionally.
