• Team: Within Cargill’s Animal Nutrition and Health business, completing an intensive 12-18 month training program across core functions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Impact: Learn and positively influence business financials, strategic pricing, and market risk management through commodity merchandising and trading.
• Operational Development: Understand and contribute to supply chain strategy, execution, and plant operations to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Product and Market Solutions: Develop expertise in feed formulation, alongside strategic marketing, and technology to meet customer needs.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and business analytics to inform strategies and solve complex business problems.
• Cultural Engagement: Foster employee engagement and cultivate strong relationships with customers, while upholding business culture.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level, pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited program in supply chain, operations, business, sales, finance, agribusiness, ag economics, business analytics, animal science, or a related field. Must be graduating between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Experience: Right to work in the U.S. (not based solely on a student visa or third-party sponsorship), with a willingness and ability to relocate.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills with an aptitude to conceptualize the big picture and attention to detail, ability to solve complex problems through collaboration and creativity, strong written and oral communication skills, and capacity to take calculated risks and execute decisively.
• Bonus: Minimum GPA of 3.0.
