What You’ll Actually Do
• Navigate Strategic Rotations: Engage in a 2-3-year program featuring 3-4 strategic rotations, each lasting 8-12 months, across critical areas such as Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Corporate Finance, and Internal Audit.
• Drive Financial Strategy and Impact: Influence financial strategy and contribute directly to business outcomes within a rapidly growing, innovation-driven biotechnology organization.
• Cultivate Technical and Enterprise Expertise: Acquire deep technical expertise in finance and a broad enterprise perspective through high-impact business experiences within diverse functional rotations.
• Engage in Leadership Development: Participate in structured executive mentorship and a dedicated Leadership Development Series focused on advancing leadership skills, from managing self to influencing senior stakeholders.
• Shape Organizational Future: Contribute to professional development, career mobility, and long-term leadership growth, empowering early-career talent to expand impact and help shape the future of Legend Biotech.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s Degree (MBA) graduate from the Class of 2023–2026.
• Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience, demonstrating increasing responsibility and analytical capability.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling, problem-solving, and communication skills; capability in developing and implementing enterprise technology automation, visualization, and analytics solutions; demonstrated leadership potential and aspiration for finance leadership roles.
• Bonus: Concentration in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
