The TL;DR

• Team: An Associate, two collaborators, and a legal assistant form the Real Estate (Droit Immobilier) team.
• Mission: To actively participate in and contribute to the daily activities and development of the Real Estate, Construction, and Urbanism law practice.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analyze all types of real estate and construction contracts for various projects.
• Document Drafting: Prepare legal notes, consultations, and contribute to drafting critical legal documents such as assignments and conclusions.
• Active Participation: Attend client meetings, judicial expert meetings, and court hearings, engaging directly with legal processes.
• Team and Business Development: Assist in structuring and developing the team by drafting articles, creating marketing materials, and supporting commercial development initiatives.
• Firm Engagement: Actively participate in the daily life of the cabinet, interacting with other departments and potentially international offices.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master II in Real Estate Law and/or Construction Law or a similar diploma; student lawyer (élève-avocat).
• Experience: Entry-Level; six-month full-time internship starting July 2027.
• Skills: Capacity to work in both English and French; rigorous, curious, proactive, with strong synthesis and analytical skills.
