The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Beijing Huaxia Jinke Information Service Co., Ltd. (Huaxia Jinfu), a wholly-owned subsidiary of China AMC, located in Beijing. Huaxia Jinfu specializes in providing comprehensive information and technology services to commercial banks and their wealth management subsidiaries. These services include essential functions like fund share registration, valuation and accounting, and various data services. Furthermore, Huaxia Jinfu extends its offerings to cover data analysis, preparation of information disclosure materials, investment ratio monitoring, and product research and design. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of investment transactions, managing settlement processes, and maintaining the integrity of related systems, thereby directly supporting the company’s financial operations and its commitment to client service excellence.

• Mission: Manage investment transaction processes, ensure accurate settlement, and maintain related systems and data for both domestic and international products.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Position & Account Management: Manage actual and available positions within investment transaction and support systems, process fund transfers, create/confirm foreign exchange instructions, and oversee domestic/overseas product account lifecycle.
• Post-Trade Operations: Execute post-trade securities data reconciliation, resolve discrepancies, generate and track settlement instructions, handle abnormal settlements, and confirm transactions/fund transfers on interbank settlement platforms.
• Institutional Communication & Agency Services: Engage in daily business communication with domestic/overseas institutions and custodian banks, coordinate solutions for operational exceptions, and deliver specialized proxy services such as corporate actions and shareholder voting.
• System & Data Maintenance: Maintain and update system parameters, securities data, business rules, and related systems for investment transaction, transaction support, and clearing/settlement.
• System Development & Process Optimization: Contribute to demand writing, business testing, and deployment for system issue resolution and functional enhancements across transaction, support, and settlement systems, and develop/update transaction support business processes and manuals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: No specific years required. Preferred: Overseas study background or computer science background.
• Skills: Good logical thinking ability, strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Bonus: Basic programming foundation, ability to work bilingually (Chinese and English).
