What You’ll Actually Do
• Projects: Own projects that drive business and financial results across areas such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Safety, Quality, process optimization, and waste reduction.
• Results: Deliver high-quality results through collaboration, accountability, and self-leadership.
• Analysis: Analyze operational challenges and recommend effective solutions.
• Improvement: Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives within operations.
• Leadership: Lead a team, depending on the specific assignment and program rotation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Industrial Management, Business, STEM, or a related field; entry-level career focus for accelerated development.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Operations or a related area, coupled with strong academic performance and relevant internship, practicum, or leadership experience.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to develop and deliver presentations using data and insights; proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Bonus: Demonstrated leadership potential, business acumen, strategic thinking, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset; exposure to IWS, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies; willingness to relocate globally.
