What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotations: Gain multi-disciplinary experience through 12 to 24-month rotations across Tishman Speyer’s core functional areas, including Acquisitions, Alternatives, Industrial, Asset Management, and Development.
• Expertise Building: Cultivate specialized expertise within a specific real estate function or geography after completing 1-3 initial assignments.
• Technology Integration: Leverage emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven tools, to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation across business areas.
• Operational Improvement: Utilize AI-powered tools and other emerging technologies to increase operational efficiency, enhance work quality, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborative Work: Work effectively with both peers and senior executives within a highly entrepreneurial and team-oriented environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s Degree. Second-year MBA student, specifically Class of 2027 MBA graduates only, with an evident passion for real estate and a desire to build a career on the principal side.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership ability; strong problem-solving skills that combine creativity with rigorous analytical ability; effective written and oral communication skills.
• Skills: Proficiency in utilizing AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance work quality and identify opportunities; rigorous analytical ability; strong problem-solving.
• Bonus: Interest and flexibility to work in different functions and geographic regions; foreign languages are a plus; unquestioned integrity; strong commitment and energy; passion for innovation.
