What You’ll Actually Do
• Gain Experience: Perform assigned duties under the direction of experienced personnel to gain practical knowledge and experience, including making decisions in real-world account management scenarios.
• Drive Analysis: Conduct thorough business analyses and provide well-researched recommendations to leadership for significant business and process improvements.
• Immerse and Learn: Receive comprehensive training and perform duties across multiple functions, such as Operations Support, Government Insuring, and Post Funding Quality Review, to become familiar with company policies and best practices.
• Lead Process Improvement: Help champion and implement the Process Improvement discipline throughout the organization, applying necessary steps and tools to successfully complete strategic projects.
• Develop Capabilities: Observe experienced workers to acquire in-depth knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for optimal departmental performance, and attend company-sponsored training to attain relevant certifications.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. This early career program is designed specifically for recent college graduates.
• Experience: While no prior professional experience is required, candidates with degrees in Business Administration, Finance, or Data Analytics are strongly preferred.
• Skills: Excel in a team-oriented, collaborative environment; clearly articulate and present ideas to diverse audiences; possess excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrate proficiency in quantitative analysis, strong attention to detail, an ability to multi-task, and a willingness to learn with an entrepreneurial mindset. Strong skills in Excel and/or Tableau (including charts, graphs, pivot tables, formulas, and macros) are essential.
• Bonus: Experience with SQL.
