What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Complete a two-year rotational program in Morrisville, North Carolina, undertaking four challenging assignments to develop broad understanding across supply chain, business intelligence, and engineering.
• Strategic Planning: Support demand planning and manage inventory levels to optimize supply chain performance and meet global customer needs.
• Operational Execution: Engage in order execution, fulfillment processes, and logistics management to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Product Lifecycle: Contribute to new product introduction processes and ensure components assurance for Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group offerings.
• Project Leadership: Drive or support project management initiatives within various business functions of the global supply chain, maximizing business impact and visibility to executive leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Completed university studies between 2025 and June 2027 with a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Operations, or a related field, demonstrating a clear interest in developing within the Global Supply Chain Business area.
• Experience: This is an early career position designed for recent graduates; no specific prior professional experience is explicitly required for eligibility.
• Skills:
• Ability to think quickly and brainstorm innovative ideas while adapting to the demands of today’s global supply chain environment.
• Capability to extract valuable insights from data to formulate recommendations and make informed business decisions.
• Curiosity regarding new technological advancements and a drive to make an impact within a global technology company.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively across various functional groups and teams.
• Bonus:
• Prior internship or relevant work experience in a business or supply chain setting.
• Technical understanding or familiarity with coding languages and software such as Excel, VBA, SQL, data visualization tools, or Python.
• Possession of an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to be a self-starter who takes full ownership of tasks and projects.
