Staff Accountant | GLOBAL CNC INDUSTRIES, LTD.

The company is a leading manufacturer of precision toolholders and CNC machining solutions, supplying high quality products to machine shops, distributors, and OEMs worldwide with over 40 years of experience. This position plays a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting compliance, and ensuring a smooth month-end close process for our growing manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reconciliations: Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations, journal entries, and adjustments.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure timely tax payments and compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
• Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and update the general ledger, supporting month-end and year-end close procedures.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), and payroll processing.
• Cash Flow Management: Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a strong understanding of GAAP and financial compliance standards.
• Experience: At least 1 year of accounting experience, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite, detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.
• Bonus: Prior accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
