People Analytics Consultant | MFS Investment Management

The TL;DR

• Pay: $88000–$126000 yearly
• Mission: Leverage workforce data to inform strategic talent decisions and improve organizational outcomes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Advise: Serve as a strategic consultant and thought partner to HR and business leaders, identifying opportunities for data-driven workforce decisions.
• Analyze: Translate complex business questions into actionable analyses, dashboards, and insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Communicate: Deliver executive-ready insights and recommendations through compelling data storytelling, presentations, and visualizations.
• Listen: Lead and support employee listening initiatives, evaluating feedback strategies and recommending enhancements for the employee experience.
• Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate workforce trends and inform key talent initiatives, including recruiting, development, and culture.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Experience: 6+ years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, or a related analytical function, with experience working with workforce and talent data.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in developing dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools, and robust consulting, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Data Science, or related field; experience with Workday or other modern HCM platforms; experience supporting strategic workforce planning and employee listening programs; familiarity with statistical modeling, predictive analytics, or AI-enabled analytics.
