What You’ll Actually Do
• Implement Security Solutions: Develop and deploy comprehensive security solutions tailored to address specific client needs, ensuring these solutions align effectively with current industry trends and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Identify Risks and Mitigation Plans: Take the lead in systematically identifying potential security risks across client environments and develop robust, effective mitigation plans to minimize identified threats and maintain business continuity.
• Define Security Strategies: Actively collaborate with various stakeholders to meticulously define business-driven security strategies and comprehensive roadmaps that directly support and align with broader organizational objectives.
• Communicate with Stakeholders: Articulate and effectively communicate security initiatives and strategic plans to a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring successful understanding, implementation, and the ultimate achievement of business objectives.
• Maintain Industry Knowledge: Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, evolving threats, and emerging technologies, while also maintaining multiple certifications in key cybersecurity areas to provide expert guidance and advisory services.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This role requires a professional with a Master’s Degree, specializing in the implementation of security solutions and adept at navigating security, regulatory, risk, and compliance issues. The ideal candidate will maintain a current understanding of industry trends and hold multiple key cybersecurity certifications.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing comprehensive security solutions that address client needs and align with industry trends and regulatory requirements. Proven skill in identifying potential security risks and creating effective mitigation plans to minimize threats and ensure business continuity. Experience collaborating with stakeholders to define business-driven security strategies and roadmaps, and possessing effective communication skills to convey security initiatives and plans.
• Skills: Expertise in comprehensive security solution implementation, advanced risk identification and mitigation, strategic security strategy development, current understanding of industry trends, proficiency in stakeholder communication, and holding multiple key cybersecurity certifications.
• Bonus: Possession of multiple key cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH. A strong awareness and current understanding of broader industry trends, threats, and emerging technologies. Familiarity with critical regulatory requirements and standards, including GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS, to ensure security solutions meet necessary compliance needs.
