• Mission: Support relationship management, conduct client analysis, and develop solutions for local and multinational corporate clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support relationship management: Work alongside corporate banking colleagues to support relationship management efforts for local and multinational corporate clients.
• Analyze client needs: Conduct client analysis, connecting client needs with broader market developments to inform banking solutions.
• Develop banking solutions: Contribute to the development of commercial and investment banking products and services for corporate clients.
• Engage in cross-border business: Gain exposure to cross-border business and collaborate with internal product partners within a disciplined risk-aware framework.
• Complete a rotation journey: Participate in an extensive 2-year job rotation journey across various teams and product offices within the bank.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other relevant disciplines. This role is for graduates with less than one year of postgraduate full-time work experience, seeking an entry-level position.
• Experience: Demonstrated commercial awareness and a genuine interest in corporate clients, financial markets, and cross-border banking solutions. A self-motivated approach to pursuing a career in corporate banking and relationship management is essential.
• Skills: Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to conduct research and present information clearly, are necessary. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are also key for working effectively across teams and with senior management.
• Bonus: Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage. Candidates with a strong interest in MUFG’s regional and global network and a proactive, can-do attitude will be highly valued.
