What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop expertise: Embark on an extensive 2-year job rotation journey across various Corporate Function teams and product offices.
• Drive change: Collaborate with key stakeholders and senior management to steer changes and contribute to MUFG’s success.
• Execute assignments: Conduct analysis, manage governance, perform reporting, and coordinate with stakeholders based on business needs.
• Build networks: Receive guidance from mentors, interact with senior management, and build robust professional networks.
• Participate in development: Engage in network-wide ongoing development programs, including potential overseas training and external exposure events.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher; Entry-Level with less than one year of postgraduate full-time work experience.
• Experience: Less than one year of postgraduate full-time work experience with a genuine interest in developing a career in banking and finance.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with learning agility, and demonstrated integrity, professional judgment, and control awareness.
• Bonus: Japanese language capability would be advantageous.
