Supply Chain Leadership Development Program – Business Track (June 2027) | The Clorox Company

The Tone:
This is a 3-year rotational leadership development program at The Clorox Company, primarily located in Alpharetta, GA, with a manufacturing rotation potentially requiring relocation to another U.S. Clorox Plant location. What You’ll Actually Do
• Technical Experience: Gain technical experience in an Operations Services group, including quality, continuous improvement, global technical services, external manufacturing, or capital project management.
• Manufacturing Leadership: Directly contribute to plant operations through roles in process engineering, production supervision, or continuous improvement, with supervisory responsibility.
• Business Skill Development: Hone business skills as a member of a Support Services group, focusing on logistics analysis, customer relationship management, or order management.
• Program Participation: Fulfill the leadership development programming requirements, engaging in learning activities and gaining exposure to various facilities and cross-functional teams.
• Performance Delivery: Quickly get up to speed in functional assignments and consistently deliver solid results across all rotations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Logistics & Transportation, Mathematics, or a related field; recent or upcoming graduation from a 4-year university undergraduate program.
• Experience: 0-1 years of relevant post-graduation work experience; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future visa sponsorship for employment.
• Skills: Strong leadership skills, demonstrated problem-solving, analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate ideas and build relationships.
• Bonus: Previous Supply Chain or Business internship/work experience, manufacturing experience, or a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
