2027 US Finance Trainee Program | Kraft Heinz

The Tone:
This is a full-time leadership development trainee program at Kraft Heinz, located in Chicago, IL, with required field rotations. • Team: Finance Trainees will work within various finance teams (e.g., Financial Planning & Analysis, Supply Chain Finance, Revenue Growth Management) partnering with business stakeholders.
• Mission: Identify value-creation opportunities and deliver analytics-driven improvements that strengthen financial performance and decision-making.

What You’ll Actually Do
Project Leadership: Own clearly defined project scopes, collaborating cross-functionally to bring creative solutions across the business.
Financial Analysis: Partner with business stakeholders to identify value-creation opportunities and deliver analytics-driven improvements for financial performance and decision-making.
Business Immersion: Complete two 4-month project rotations, including one at a field location such as a sales office, manufacturing plant, or research and development facility.
Executive Collaboration: Regularly meet with senior executives, including the CEO and North America President, and receive mentorship from business leadership.
Leadership Development: Participate in a dedicated week of leadership development rooted in WIN leadership principles and curated learning experiences.

• Background: Bachelors degree with anticipated graduation between November 1, 2026, and June 30, 2027. Entry-Level.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to take leadership opportunities to make an impact and bring creative solutions.
• Skills: Innovative thinking, problem-solving, challenging the status quo, simplifying complex concepts.
