What You’ll Actually Do
• Bookkeeping & Support: Provide comprehensive bookkeeping and accounting support for multiple client companies.
• Transaction Processing: Accurately enter and maintain financial transactions and accounting records within accounting systems.
• Reconciliations: Perform thorough bank, credit card, and other account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
• Reporting Support: Assist the accounting team with monthly closing processes and the preparation of financial reports.
• Financial Review: Record and review journal entries, analyze transactions for accuracy, and research any discrepancies found.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-level accounting professional with a High School Diploma or equivalent required, possessing a solid understanding of the full accounting cycle, financial statements, and GAAP.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial analysis, with required proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities across multiple tasks and companies, and effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus: College coursework or a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred, and prior aviation experience is a plus but not required.
