• Pay: $65000–$70000 yearly
• Mission: This person will primarily support the finance department by managing account reconciliations, journal entries, and assisting with the month-end close process.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Excel

What You’ll Actually Do
• Banking Reconciliation: Prepare reconciliations for multiple banking accounts
• Journal Entry Processing: Prepare and post standard and recurring journal entries
• General Ledger Analysis: Complete account reconciliations for assigned general ledger accounts
• Month-End Support: Assist in the month-end close process
• AP Review: Review accounts payable invoices and expense reports for accuracy and compliance

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, suitable for an Entry-Level career.
• Experience: 0-1 years of accounting experience, including internships.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bonus: A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
