The Tone:
This is a full-time, hybrid role at CMG Financial, located in the Greater Phoenix Area. CMG Home Loans is offering a comprehensive paid training program designed for new graduates eager to launch a career in the mortgage industry as a licensed Loan Officer. This position is vital for supporting the Consumer Direct Team’s sales efforts while simultaneously preparing individuals for a successful transition into a licensed lending role.

• Mission: To develop into a licensed Loan Officer while providing essential sales support to the Consumer Direct Team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to existing CMG customers to assess their current needs and facilitate warm transfers to a licensed Loan Officer for detailed discussions.
• Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to various marketing leads, aimed at attracting new customers to CMG, and transfer qualified prospects to the team of Licensed Loan Officers.
• Marketing Support: Contribute to a range of marketing projects and initiatives designed to promote CMG’s diverse products and services.
• Professional Development: Participate in sales training, gain exposure to mortgage operations, and receive underwriter training to build foundational industry knowledge.
• Licensure Preparation: Actively prepare for the SAFE Exam as part of the structured path to becoming a licensed Loan Officer.

• Experience: Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; a high level of integrity and confidentiality; strong organizational and time management abilities; and the capacity to multi-task effectively to meet constant deadlines.
