• Mission: To produce accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting and budgets for the Firm, ensuring data integrity for strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Produce accurate financial reports and budgets for the Firm, quickly and with data integrity.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Actively participate in the firm-wide annual forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Account Analysis: Review and analyze general ledger transactions and accounts, performing monthly account reviews and variance analyses.
• Data Management: Develop and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets for preparing analyses and reports.
• Strategic Support: Act as a financial liaison to multiple departments, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: Financial reporting experience is preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, general ledger analysis, and advanced Excel functions.
• Bonus: CPA or candidate for CPA certification.
