The Tone:
This is a full-time apprenticeship program at Aon, located in New York, NY. Aon is a global professional services firm specializing in insurance brokerage, risk management, and client solutions. This selective “earn and learn” program offers an alternative pathway to launch a career, providing valuable on-the-job experience alongside a fully-funded associate degree. Apprentices in this role will support risk management and insurance teams, developing essential skills and contributing to client service while advancing their education.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Documentation: Assist with the preparation and review of insurance documentation and client presentations.
• Data Management: Help manage and update client records and databases.
• Analysis Support: Support teammates in gathering and analyzing risk information.
• Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and calls, providing administrative support.
• Market Research: Conduct research on insurance markets and emerging risks.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or equivalent GED, or on track to graduate by July 1, 2026. Meet enrollment requirements for University of Arizona Global Campus (UAGC) Business Management program and maintain passing grades (C or higher). Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience: No specific years required. Prior work or leadership experience demonstrating responsibility and work ethic is preferred.
• Skills: Deliver assigned projects and tasks on time with accuracy and attention to detail; apply feedback promptly to improve processes and performance; find opportunities for efficiency and innovation through proactive problem-solving; communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external partners; use Microsoft Office Suite to create polished and accurate deliverables.
