What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Perform in-depth company and industry research and analysis.
• Execution Support: Support the execution of client advisory and financial transactions while managing multiple projects with rigid timelines.
• Material Preparation: Prepare marketing materials and transaction documentation, including confidential memoranda, pitch books, and corporate profiles.
• Financial Modeling: Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and forecasting of financial statements.
• Product Understanding: Develop an understanding of the Bank’s product suite.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Must complete studies (all final exams, coursework, no outstanding requirements) between January 1, 2026, and July 31, 2027. Possess a strong foundational knowledge and interest in Corporate Finance and Accounting.
• Experience: No more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience. Must be able to start full-time work in July 2027. Currently authorized to work for any employer in the United States without requiring work visa sponsorship.
• Skills: Confident, constructive, and effective communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with rigid timelines. Ability to solve problems, organize tasks, and work collaboratively across global teams. Proven ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows while applying critical judgment for responsible data and AI output use.
