• Mission: Support strategic initiatives and an RCM margin initiative focused on Accounts Receivable, billing processes, and revenue cycle improvement efforts.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support strategic initiatives focused on Accounts Receivable, billing processes, and revenue cycle improvement efforts.
• Analyze: Analyze data and customer feedback to identify trends and process improvement opportunities.
• Assist: Support an RCM margin initiative focused on eClaims Assist and its use within physician office billing processes.
• Partner: Partner with Sales to gather customer feedback and evaluate interest in and potential use of eClaims Assist.
• Identify: Identify opportunities to improve revenue cycle processes, efficiency, and customer experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program, working towards a degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: No specific years required for this entry-level internship; preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (December 2027 through June 2029 graduation) for the 11-week program.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics, strong project organization skills, strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential business applications, ability to work effectively across teams and with different business stakeholders, ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt as project needs evolve.
