Expense Management Accounting Coordinator | Aires

What You’ll Actually Do
• Auditing Expense Reports: Audits transferee expense reimbursements against client policies, validating documentation, amounts, and ensuring submissions are within established parameters.
• Processing Reimbursements: Processes expense reimbursements using accounting tools, ensuring transferees receive timely reimbursement in alignment with established KPIs.
• Managing Expense Tracking & Payments: Manages expense tracking entry, processes non-Aires services, handles tax payment processing, and facilitates recurring payments to transferees.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicates with internal stakeholders to confirm client policies and exceptions, address discrepancies, and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Performing Data Audits: Performs comprehensive quarterly and annual data audits to validate correct reporting and coding of processed expenses.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High School Diploma/GED required; an Associate Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in an accounting-related position or internship(s). Experience with accounting software processes is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent customer service and administrative abilities, computer literacy with MS Office products, ability to quickly grasp proprietary software, demonstrated capability to manage multiple competing tasks, and ability to follow policies and procedures.
