The Tone:
This is a 6-month full-time internship at Dassault Systemes, located in France. The intern will be integrated into the Transfer Pricing team and will collaborate with other members of the fiscal department. The role is vital for an innovative technology company that has experienced strong growth for over 40 years, contributing to critical global tax compliance and economic analysis. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international tax and transfer pricing within a leading scientific enterprise.

• Mission: To contribute to the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, reporting, and analysis, ensuring compliance with international regulations and the group’s tax policy.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Documentation: Elaborate the full transfer pricing documentation, including Master File and Local Files, for all group subsidiaries.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare the Country by Country Reporting for Dassault Systèmes, conduct value chain studies, and perform industrial (software sector) and functional analyses (R&D, Sales, Support functions).
• Financial Compliance: Analyze the group’s financial aggregates in collaboration with management control teams to ensure proper application of the transfer pricing policy.
• Tax Support: Assist with tax audits and maintain a fiscal watch on international transfer pricing regulations.
• Broader Tax Topics: Work on additional transfer pricing matters such as intellectual property management and training support, and address related tax subjects like withholding tax and tax treaty application with the fiscal team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s Degree (BAC+4 / BAC+5) from a business school or university, with a specialization in finance or tax.
• Experience: Seeking a 6-month internship, demonstrating a strong interest in taxation and economic analysis.
• Skills: Mandatory proficiency in English for both written and oral communication, mastery of Excel, and proven rigor, autonomy, motivation, and good interpersonal skills.
