The Tone:
This is a full-time training position at Caesars Entertainment, located in Atlantic City, NJ. Caesars Entertainment is the most prominent brand in gaming in the Atlantic City region, operating three leading resorts and celebrating over 40 years of success in the community. This Management Development Trainee Program is designed to cultivate future professional and supervisory talent, preparing individuals to contribute across various functional areas of the business. The role is critical in ensuring the company continues its legacy of exceptional service and memorable experiences for guests and team members.
The TL;DR

• Pay: $20–$22 hourly
• Team: Reports to a current Manager within a functional area
• Mission: Prepare employees for professional or supervisory level positions through on-the-job training and departmental observation within a functional business area.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Support: Support internal clients by consistently responding to and meeting their needs with timely and accurate information.
• Innovation: Support and cultivate new ideas and methods to deliver effective business solutions and improve products or services.
• Efficiency Improvement: Identify ways to increase operational efficiencies or enhance the quality of existing products and services.
• Project Management: Prepare project plans, manage assignments, and ensure all aspects are completed and delivered on time to internal clients.
• Functional Development: Participate in rotational assignments to develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of basic job skills requirements and overall demands within assigned functional areas.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor of Science or Arts in Business Administration with a concentration of studies relevant to the trainee’s assignment; Entry-Level career experience.
• Experience: Demonstrated prior work excellence, evidenced by a minimum “highly successful” performance rating on a most recent review.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, demonstrated leadership skills, strong orientation toward customer service, and an NJ CER LICENSE.
