What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate last-mile logistics operations, consistently striving for delivery efficiency, high customer satisfaction, and the achievement of all operational goals.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate a dedicated team of delivery drivers and logistics staff, actively optimizing resources and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and safety compliance.
• Delivery Planning & Execution: Coordinate daily delivery route planning and dispatch operations, ensuring strict compliance with delivery schedules, service quality, and established operational standards.
• Performance Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Monitor team performance using key metrics such as on-time delivery, incident rates, and productivity, while adeptly handling operational incidents and resolving issues in real time.
• Cross-functional Collaboration & Process Enhancement: Collaborate seamlessly with Customer Service, Network, Warehouse, IT, and other operations departments to ensure seamless service, oversee inventory control and returns, and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and reduced costs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A technical or university degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. This role demands leadership in last-mile logistics operations.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar team leadership role.
• Skills: Proficiency in logistics management systems (WMS, TMS, ERP); strong command of office software including Excel and Google Workspace; demonstrated strong leadership and team management abilities; knowledge of urban delivery routes and dispatch planning; and the capacity to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Bonus: Preferably experience within last-mile or e-commerce logistics environments.
