• Mission: This role ensures maximized productivity and quality in third-party spend, delivering value to stakeholders by building trust, optimizing profit, minimizing risk, and enabling sustainable growth for AIG.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Contribute: Play a part in AIG’s transformation by supporting the Procurement department’s objectives.
• Develop: Acquire foundational knowledge of AIG’s operations and the broader insurance industry.
• Learn: Build new professional skills through hands-on work experiences and instructor-led masterclasses.
• Connect: Engage with senior leaders and participate in mentoring, networking, and volunteering activities across the organization.
• Support: Help manage AIG’s third-party spend, aiming to maximize productivity and ensure quality.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2027, indicating an early career professional.
• Experience: Availability to start the program on July 26, 2027, with demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a team-oriented environment.
• Bonus: Possession of a global perspective, a team-oriented track record, enthusiasm for learning about the insurance industry, and a diverse background of experience, culture, and thought.
