This full-time role is located remotely in the United States and is part of the ListEngage Academy, an incubator designed to accelerate careers in enterprise cloud consulting. This position is crucial for developing future Salesforce Data 360 Implementation Consultants, ensuring the company continues to deliver incredible digital transformation with highly skilled people.

• Team: Reports to senior industry practitioners within the ListEngage Academy.
• Mission: To accelerate careers in enterprise cloud consulting by transforming technical aptitude into certified, client-ready consulting expertise, specifically in Salesforce Data 360.
• Tech Stack: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Next, Data 360, Agentforce, Personalization, Intelligence, Loyalty Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Accelerate: Embark on a fast-tracked career pathway designed to groom you into a future Salesforce Data 360 Implementation Consultant.
• Certify: Complete 60 hours of immersive hands-on instruction and earn your official Salesforce Certified Data 360 Consultant credential within the first month.
• Implement: Transition into an Implementation Consultant role on active client project teams, applying learned skills while completing continuous Academy enablement.
• Develop Expertise: Gain exposure to complex data strategy, data integration, platform architecture, and client solution design through ongoing training.
• Grow: Receive on-the-job training and senior-level mentorship to propel your career progression within the Salesforce Data 360 ecosystem.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in any field of study, required for this early career consulting role.
• Experience: Any amount of professional work experience, with no prior Salesforce platform experience required.
• Skills: High learning velocity to rapidly absorb and apply complex technical concepts, strong analytical curiosity to approach multi-layered problems, clear communication to translate technical concepts into business solutions, and exceptional attention to detail for configuring system logic and mapping data flows.
• Bonus: Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting while taking ownership of independent tasks, adaptability to dynamic project environments with active feedback seeking, and strong personal accountability, organization, and time-management skills.
