What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Understanding: Comprehend clients’ business, industry, accounting systems, employees, company values, and industry-related GAAP and GAAS issues.
• Audit Approach: Develop proficiency in the RSM audit approach and its associated tools.
• Risk Assessment: Evaluate clients’ internal control structures and assess associated risks.
• Audit Procedures: Perform substantive and internal control tests to identify and resolve accounting or reporting issues.
• Financial Reporting: Draft financial statements according to specified formats.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, working towards a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Accounting from an accredited university, with 90 credit hours completed.
• Experience: Ability to arrange for reliable transportation to assigned client locations as travel is required.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bonus: A minimum 3.0 GPA, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work effectively on a team, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
