• Team: Corporate Real Estate & Business Services, a global team overseeing corporate real estate and various business services.
• Mission: Contribute to the management of AIG’s global corporate real estate portfolio and business services, helping to drive operational efficiencies and foster an effective work environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Operations: Assist in the day-to-day management of the corporate real estate portfolio and related business services functions.
• Develop Expertise: Build knowledge of AIG and the insurance industry through structured on-the-job training and masterclasses.
• Drive Efficiency: Contribute to achieving commercial and operational efficiencies within the Real Estate & Business Services department.
• Build Network: Connect with colleagues and senior leaders through mentoring, networking, and volunteering opportunities.
• Apply Learning: Utilize new skills and experiences to make meaningful contributions to team projects and initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2027.
• Experience: Entry-level position requiring previous work experience and demonstrated strong academic and extracurricular achievement; available to start the program on July 26, 2027.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication; analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to collaborate and manage multiple priorities; strong quantitative and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: A diverse background of experience, culture, and thought; possessing a global perspective and a team-oriented track record; enthusiasm for learning about the insurance industry.
