Leadership Development Program | A. Duie Pyle, Inc.
The Tone:
This is an accelerated training program for future leaders at A. Duie Pyle, Inc. The program’s initial location is at the closest Pyle terminal to your home, with time also spent at the corporate office, and requires relocation within the Pyle network upon completion. A. Duie Pyle has been the Northeast’s premier transportation and logistics provider since 1924, recognized for its “Service First” mentality. This program is integral to cultivating the next generation of leadership, ensuring the company continues to exceed expectations for both customers and employees.

• Mission: To prepare and develop future leaders for A. Duie Pyle, fostering a strong understanding of the transportation industry.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Shadow Pyle leaders to develop leadership skills through on-the-job experiences, project assignments, and formal training sessions.
• Learn about operations, project implementation, brokerage, finance, and other areas of the business to understand the transportation industry.
• Gain valuable hands-on experience by working various shifts on the dock and riding along in trucks to learn how operations function.
• Engage with and learn from senior leadership during time spent at the corporate office.
• Understand teamwork by learning how all team members and roles contribute to the overall operation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree (any major) preferred.
• Experience: Prior work experience, preferably in a supply chain, logistics, transportation, or similar field. A combination of part-time work, internship, and/or co-op in any field or industry will be considered.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment, positive can-do attitude.
• Bonus: Willingness to relocate within the Pyle network upon program completion.
