• Pay: $73000–$94000 yearly
• Team: Global Operations team spanning manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, and logistics.
• Mission: Ensure products are delivered on time, at cost, and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotate across diverse cross-functional teams within Belden to broaden your perspective and network.
• Own high-impact projects that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Build foundational technical, business, and professional skills through structured development.
• Contribute to global manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, and logistics to ensure product delivery targets are met.
• Take on roles such as Supply Chain Analyst, Continuous Improvement Engineer, Strategic Sourcing Specialist, Process Engineer, or Supply Demand Analyst.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field of study.
• Experience: Degree completed within the past two years or anticipated graduation date no later than June 2027, with related project or work experience in supply chain operations, cross-functional collaboration, or manufacturing processes/process engineering.
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities, high learning agility, intellectual curiosity, initiative, accountability, and a bias for action.
• Bonus: Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments.
