• Mission: Leads work relating to the development, enhancement, and management of investment products across MFS distribution channels.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Product Development: Lead work relating to the development, enhancement, and management of investment products across MFS product lines and distribution channels.
• Manage Project Teams: Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of new product initiatives, including launches, changes, and ongoing management.
• Prepare Documentation: Prepare project plans, documentation, and analyses required to bring new product initiatives through the product approval process.
• Serve as Expert: Serve as a product vehicle resource and subject matter expert for investment vehicles in Global Product and overall Distribution organization.
• Analyze Market Trends: Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity, providing insights to support product strategy discussions and evaluate new opportunities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required, with core domain knowledge in financial services, investment products, product development, or product management.
• Experience: 6–8+ years of experience in financial services, investment products, product development, product management, market research, or competitive analysis. Experience conducting research, analyzing data, and translating findings into business insights.
• Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities; effective written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings; demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and build effective working relationships.
