The Tone:
This is a full-time, 12-month rotational program at OneSource Distributors, located in San Leandro, CA. OneSource Distributors provides electrical products and services to contractors, operating as part of Sonepar, the world’s leading electrical distributor. The TL;DR

• Pay: $70304–$72384 yearly
• Mission: Develop emerging professionals through hands-on rotational experience across various business aspects to prepare them for a career within OneSource Distributors and the Sonepar group.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Participate in comprehensive rotational training across key business areas including warehouse, logistics, inside sales, and counter operations.
• Strategy & Solutions: Gain hands-on experience in projects, quotations, marketing, digital solutions, and e-commerce strategies.
• Sales Development: Engage in outside sales and specialty tracks to develop an understanding of customer relationships and market approaches.
• Professional Growth: Collaborate with fellow emerging professionals in team-building activities and travel to various company locations for specialized training.
• Executive Presentation: Conclude the program by preparing and delivering a presentation on key strategic organizational initiatives to the Executive Leadership team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Entry-Level.
• Experience: Minimum GPA of 3.0 from a bachelor’s degree program.
• Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and leadership capabilities; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; an enthusiastic, self-starter attitude; flexible and adaptable team player qualities.
