Customer Experience Associate, Pathways – New Graduates | Robinhood

The Tone:
This is a full-time, early talent role at Robinhood, located in Denver, CO, and Westlake, TX. This role serves as an entry point for diverse talent to build a career in financial services, providing exceptional customer support while gaining the necessary FINRA licenses. Your work ensures users feel understood and valued, while also helping the company learn and improve its products.

• Mission: Ensure users feel understood and valued while helping the company learn from each interaction to make the customer experience seamless.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Engage in the CXR Pathway Program to build foundational knowledge and attain required FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses.
• Customer Support: Deliver an outstanding customer experience through chat, email, and phone channels, addressing a range of customer needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Act as the voice of the customer, identifying and communicating improved ways to serve customers to drive continuous product and service enhancement.
• Expertise Development: Grow your financial services expertise by developing proficiency in a range of financial concepts.
• Schedule Adaptation: Adapt to a 24/7 service model, which may include future shift assignments with evenings and weekend hours.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Ready to demonstrate commitment and resilience over 26 weeks to achieve licensing completion and Registered Representative proficiency.
• Experience: Customer-facing experience.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to quickly defuse customer anxiety. Exercise independent thought and judgment, adapt to new tasks, and prioritize in a multi-task environment. Schedule flexibility.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree or experience working in the financial services industry. Existing FINRA SIE license. Experience working in a customer support environment.
