The Tone:
This is a full-time Early Career role at KeyBank, located in Brooklyn, Ohio. KeyBank operates a large Consumer Bank division, tackling challenging and high-leverage analytical and strategic problems. This role is integral to helping business leaders design, recommend, and implement strategies that will drive bottom-line impacts for the bank. The program offers comprehensive training and rotations to facilitate a smooth transition from college to a full-time career.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Insights: Leverage best-in-class analytical tools and techniques to gather insights and inform new business strategies.
• Engagement: Engage directly with executive leadership of business units, technology, operations, and finance to present findings and recommendations.
• Strategy Support: Assist with creating and executing strategies, including analyzing drivers of credit performance, risk models, underwriting policies, and product/pricing.
• Campaign Optimization: Support Marketing and engagement campaign test design, execution, and monitoring strategy to enhance customer interactions.
• Workflow Improvement: Help with operational and engagement workflow optimization to improve the overall customer experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in an analytically rigorous discipline (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics), which must be obtained by June 2027.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to communicate articulately and concisely with stakeholders and executive leadership; a passion for problem-solving and data, including identifying trends and insights.
• Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong time-management and organizational abilities.
• Bonus: Experience participating in collaborative processes to solve business problems; an understanding of business priorities and profitability drivers; a basic understanding of data analytics concepts.
