Associate, Product Analytics Leadership Development Program | The Hartford

• Mission: This role is designed to develop future leaders who can drive product acumen and analytical insights within The Hartford’s Personal lines and Small Commercial segments.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Cultivate critical leadership and functional skills across areas such as Product Development, State Product Management, Business Intelligence, and Performance Analytics.
• Engage: Participate in structured rotation assignments specifically designed to build comprehensive product acumen and industry knowledge.
• Analyze: Develop core competencies in data analysis and presentation, utilizing analytical tools to formulate recommendations from both quantitative and qualitative information.
• Contribute: Engage in supplemental project work, providing opportunities to apply learned skills and gain broader experience.
• Apply: Utilize analytical reasoning to solve complex problems and provide sound, data-backed recommendations within a dynamic work environment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Students expecting to graduate in May or June of 2027 with a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or business field and a GPA of 3.2 or higher at graduation.
• Experience: A demonstrated record of high achievement and leadership experience acquired outside of the classroom environment.
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, change agility, and collaborative team skills; ability to analyze complex problems and make sound recommendations.
