What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support European benefits renewal processes within a global benefits broker/consultancy management model.
• Analyze: Analyze various aspects of benefits including usage, employee experience, service, coverage, cost, effectiveness, and competitiveness.
• Propose: Provide input for benefit plan design, process, and opportunities for change guided by market practice, industry trends, and internal philosophy.
• Prepare: Prepare written proposals to support renewal activity and create comprehensive employee communications and benefit documentation.
• Assist: Assist with, deliver on, or contribute to ad hoc benefit projects and initiatives as required.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career individuals currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Interest in benefit renewals across multiple countries and an ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
• Skills: Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, work with multiple stakeholders, good written and oral communication skills, and excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Bonus: Ability to exercise sound judgment, backing up proposals with good data for presentation to stakeholders.
